This comprehensive program includes an initial 2.0-hour private session where I will diagnose the health status of your business operation; followed by the provision of a strategic and detailed ‘Action Plan’, tailored for your business, to help scale up your venture to the next level of success. We will meet 1 hour per week to review the plan and prioritize the next steps. I will also be available for online coaching & phone calls weekly. This session takes up to 3 month

I am very versatile Management business & personal coach, who thrives on viewing a problem as a solution and/or a challenge. I am almost unstoppable when it comes to viewing things from a positive and humoristic nature.
This trait of mine enables me to get to the core of any situation in a company. structure. Small business as well as large scale corporations. It does not matter... The model and approach would be the same. My experience is that sometimes when we are in the midst of things, we cannot see the forest for the trees. Hence, we cannot see our own shackles, limiting beliefs and obstacles.
This can inevitably mean that we get stuck.
My viewpoint can allow any business structure to get entangled to get renewed.
Needless to say, is that in order for me to be able to do my uttermost prime work, is. that the counterpart needs to inhabit the attitude of a willingness to change. If change is not for you. Then I is not for me either. My genuine way of working has nothing to do with my character, it simply has to do with my bulletproof record of Professional Leadership mixed with various Trainings when it comes to addressing obsolete solutions with partners best interests in mind.
I just felt that why earning money for a company structure and an employer when I could branch out and do the same.
